RONNIE GALLAHER PRESENTED THE PAPERS IN THE INSTITUTE OF GEOLOGY AND GEOPHYSICS

The independent researcher Ronnie Gallaher presented the papers on “Observation of the Caspian shorelines and received data application as an indicator for reconstruction of paleodrainage and biodiversity of the transgression and regional geomorphology” and “Anthropomorphic images of the Azerbaijan landscape and their significance”.
IGG Deputy Director in science, corresponding member of ANAS Dadash Huseynov noted that during 18 years Ronnie Gallaher has been studying the structure of Azerbaijan and the development history of the Caspian Sea.
The goals of the report were the scientific information exchange, as well as discussion of the joint research.
It should be noted that in 2010 the scientist made a report on the whales and arctic birds depicted on the Gobustan rocks, including the 220-meter water boundary on the Gilyazi territory.
