Basic scientific achievements
|
Caldera nature of Chegem volcanic upland was established for the first time. The scheme of magmatism evolution and step-by-step development of Chegem caldera structure were suggested as well.
Hydrogen-hydrocarbon and carbon-hydrogen sulphide compositions of the gases were established for rocks of hyperbasite and gabbroid complexes of ophiolite associations of the Lesser Caucasus.
Paleovolcanologic reconstruction of Cenozoic volcanism of the Lesser Caucasus.
Study of reservoir properties of sedimentary rocks of the basic oil-gas bearing regions of the republic.
